DESCRIPTION:Description: Learn how to tie flies for fishing \n• Learn how to tie one or more fly patterns each night. Attendees will then tie the fly \nillustrated. Weather permitting we may have a little campfire at the Barn fire pit that evening.\n\n\nA little about Glen. \nAt the age of 21\, Glen was trained as a first responder for SARs (Search and Rescue) by the military. For 20 years after leaving the military\, he was trained through numerous college courses\, and as a hike leader for Outbound Bound and Oregon Mountain Rescue. He has been an instructor for wilderness survival at TU summer camps for many years. Glen has participated in locating a number of lost (confused?)\, injured or missing persons. Be sure to mark it on your calendar! \n\nThanks and see you there! \n

Join us to learn about basics of fly fishing\, including equipment needs\, basic knots\, flies and the insects they imitate\, and basic fly casting.
