Trout in the Classroom – Funding Opportunity

PATU GRANT APPLICATIONS DUE MAY 1, 2022
If you are a teacher or you know a teacher who is interested in the LIFE CYCLE OF FISH, please be aware that Pennsylvania Council of Trout Unlimited has matching funds to support a program in your classroom.
A grant funded by PATU covers the most expensive item, a chiller to keep the trout cool. You’ll need to beg, borrow or steal the other basic equipment that is required to support a fish tank. These items can also be purchased as a kit for about $600. Our Chapter has helped purchase these additional items in the past.
Submission deadline: May 1, 2022 for the coming school year.
