Bob Heil, Jr shares his secret recipe for the ICE DUB MINNOW (5-1-2020)

Bob Heil is an accomplished fisherman and tyer who is also on the PWWTU Board. A little arm twisting has got him to write down the recipe for one of his go-to flies, the Ice Dub Minnow.
