Guest Speaker: Glen Andrews – Wilderness Survival Presentation
Glen will be our featured speaker for the March meeting. Weather permitting we may have a little campfire at the Barn fire pit that evening.
A little about Glen.
At the age of 21, Glen was trained as a first responder for SARs (Search and Rescue) by the military. For 20 years after leaving the military, he was trained through numerous college courses, and as a hike leader for Outbound Bound and Oregon Mountain Rescue. He has been an instructor for wilderness survival at TU summer camps for many years. Glen has participated in locating a number of lost (confused?), injured or missing persons. Be sure to mark it on your calendar!
