Take a Hike!

Given that the virus has provided way too much free time, why not get out of doors and do some good for the Chapter at the same time? Gather your family and tell them: “Hey, it’s an adventure that requires boots and gloves”. Pick a stream near home that has public access, maybe even aquatic life. Take a garbage bag for each person and your camera or phone. Objectives: pick up as much “safe” trash as possible (no tires, no sewer lids, no sharp objects) AND document the condition of the stream. Send photos and a short description of your adventure to [email protected] and watch right here on the website for your report.
